Renewal of the purchase-of-service agreement for supported employment services for adults with disabilities, for the period January 1 through December 31, 2027. The provider has met all performance measures in the current term. Rates are set by the Department of Human Services.
Recommendation
Approve the agreement and authorise the Chair to execute it.
Fiscal impact
$1,284,000, of which $1,010,000 is state and federal reimbursement.
