Hazard Mitigation Plan Update — Adoption
Adoption of the 2026 update to the multi-jurisdictional all-hazard mitigation plan.
FEMA has issued an Approvable Pending Adoption letter for the 2026 update. Adoption by the County Board and by each participating jurisdiction is required before FEMA will issue final approval, which in turn preserves eligibility for hazard mitigation assistance funding.
Recommendation
Adopt the resolution approving the 2026 hazard mitigation plan update.
